I've forgotten my username.

Your username is the email address you registered with.

I forgot my password, how do I request a new one?

You can request a new password by clicking on "forgot password?". You'll receive a new password in your mailbox. Check your spambox if you can't find said email in your inbox.

I did not receive an email with my login details.

It's possible the email was delivered into your spambox, check your spambox.

I would like to change my email address.

It's only possible to change your email address after you've logged in. Click on your name in the upper right corner, then go to "Account", click on 'adjust' at your email address.

What's the difference between registering and logging in?

To make use of the parts of Eindhoven Doet you have to register once. Once you're registered you can login using your email address and password you've received after your registration.

How do I change my contact details?

After you've logged in you can change your personal details at 'Profile & CV' on your dashboard.

How do I change my address details?

After you've logged in you can change your personal details at 'Profile & CV' on your dashboard.

Where do I go with my questions?

For simple questions, like lost login details, you can mail to info@eindhovendoet.nl or phone us at 040 219 33 99, we are open from Monday 'till Thursday from 1-5 PM.

How do I delete my account from Eindhoven Doet?

Only after you've logged in can you delete your account. Click in the upper right corner on your name and go to "Account". Click on 'delete account' on the right.

I made a profile on the website, but am unable to open it.

What is Eindhoven Doet?

Eindoven Doet is the vacancybank with volunteering activities in Eindhoven. However Eindhoven Doet is more than just a vacancybank, it's an online platform for volunteers, active civilians and caretakers.

Can I visit Eindhoven Doet without an appointment?

Yes, you can. You're welcome during our visiting hours. To be of service however it's better to make an appointment, so you'll be seated with the right advisor. Contact us by email info@eindhovendoet.nl or phone 040-2193399 to make an appointment.

Where do I go for a volunteer insurance?

Are you a volunteer or caretaker in Eindhoven? Then you're insured at those activities from 1 Januari 2017 via the gemeente Eindhoven (content in Dutch) at Centraal Beheer. You, or the volunteer organisation, won't have to do a thing. All active volunteers and caretakers in the municipality Eindhoven are automatically insured.
